To begin, I choose a photo pertaining to the fall season, with a small knitted sample: the printed tree design and small decorative jacquard patterns.

I love trees in any season, perhaps this one in particular, in its warm and cool colors, yellows and reds, earthy and green.

As a child, I liked to collect leaves, especially those of plane trees, for the shape and shades of different colors, then having fun painting the grain…
