I remember what I was inspired by, thinking about the drawing to be represented graphically in the knit blanket, referring to one of the ‘patterns’ present in the anti-stress coloring book of Liberty. I then included in the collection 2 other variants: to discover… ‘Foliage’ knitted blanket detail, 4-colors pattern, in extra fine carded merino wool

Print chrysanthemum design by Keika Hasegawa (late 800′). Sacred flower in Eastern-Japanese culture, symbol of renewal and longevity. This variety is called ‘kudamono’ (with spiderheads). Intentionally I inserted the meticulous design of the project of a flower-jewel of the beginning of 900′, for the realization of a brooch, of the Van Cleef Arpels collection (presented at an exhibition dedicated to the study and creation of some pieces of the historic brand).
